USE YOUR TALENTS The Parable of the Talents or of the 3 servants is found in Matthew 25:14-29 and also in Luke 19:11-27. There is a play on words here, as the word TALENT in Roman times stood for a large sum of money or something of great value, and we use the word for Stewardship purposes to denote the use of our valued abilities or gifts.
